- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk

- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed purple sweet potatoes, sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, eggs, and cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
