  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 16-ounce smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • Optional: dried parsley for garnish
  • Optional: dipping sauces like mustard, ketchup, or BBQ sauce

Instructions

Prep and Season:

  1. Cut the baby potatoes in half and chop the onion into chunks.
  2. In a large bag or bowl, toss the potatoes and onion with oil, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until well coated.

Air Fry Potatoes and Onions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Transfer the seasoned potatoes and onions to a sprayed air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Cook Sausage:

  1. After 15 minutes, add the sliced sausage to the air fryer basket with the potatoes and onions.
  2. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sausage is heated through and the potatoes are crispy.

Serve:

  1. Garnish with dried parsley if desired.
  2. Serve with optional dipping sauces like mustard, ketchup, or BBQ sauce.
