Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. -
Add Cottage Cheese:
Add the cottage cheese to the dry ingredients. Mix until a sticky dough forms. You can use your hands or a sturdy spoon. -
Shape Buns:
With floured hands, shape the dough into 8 equal-sized buns. Place them spaced evenly on the prepared baking sheet. -
Prepare Egg Wash:
Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the tops of each bun with the egg wash to give a shiny, golden crust. -
Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the buns are golden brown and cooked through. - Cool and Serve:
Let cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
