Enjoy a delightful and creamy Ranch Cream Cheese Chicken dish! Juicy chicken breasts are topped with a smooth ranch-flavored cream cheese and melted cheddar cheese, creating a deliciously comforting meal that’s easy to prepare.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides for 3-4 minutes each, then remove from heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the ranch seasoning until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Serve with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
