- Red food coloring (to desired shade)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the sour cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and red food coloring until the mixture is well combined and evenly colored.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and slightly firm to the touch.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once chilled, cut into bite-sized squares and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
