Description

These Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies combine the rich flavors of red velvet cake with a creamy, indulgent cheesecake swirl. A decadent dessert that’s perfect for any special occasion or simply when you’re craving a sweet treat.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until well blended. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
