These Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies combine the rich, velvety texture of red velvet cake with a smooth, creamy cheesecake layer, making for a decadent dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.

- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Spread 2/3 of the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the red velvet batter in the baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining red velvet batter over the cream cheese layer.
- Use a knife to swirl the red velvet batter into the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Be sure to let the brownies cool completely before cutting to allow them to set properly.
- If you don’t have a 9×13 inch dish, you can use a 9×9 inch dish, but you may need to adjust the baking time slightly.
