- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup red food coloring
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add cocoa powder and red food coloring, and mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Top with chopped strawberries. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving to allow the cheesecake to set.
Notes
- For a more intense red color, add more food coloring as needed.
- You can top the cheesecake with additional whipped cream or fresh strawberries before serving for extra flavor and decoration.
