Description

This Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread is a deliciously indulgent twist on the classic banana bread. Combining ripe bananas, creamy peanut butter, and Reese’s peanut butter chips, this moist, flavorful bread is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in peanut butter chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
