- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in peanut butter chips.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
