Description

This Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread is a deliciously indulgent twist on classic banana bread. Creamy peanut butter, ripe bananas, and Reese’s peanut butter chips create a moist, flavorful loaf that’s perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a sweet snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in peanut butter chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow bread to cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For an extra peanut butter flavor, drizzle melted peanut butter over the cooled loaf.
  • You can substitute the peanut butter chips with chocolate chips for a chocolate-peanut butter variation.
  • If you don’t have a 9×5-inch loaf pan, use an 8×4-inch pan and reduce the baking time slightly.
