Description

Indulge in the ultimate treat with these Reeses Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies! Soft and chewy, these cookies combine rich peanut butter with chunks of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups and gooey chocolate chips. Perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream the Butter and Sugars:
    • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the Wet Ingredients:
    • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Add Chocolate and Reeses:
    • Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Scoop and Bake:
    • Drop spoonfuls of dough (about 2 tablespoons per cookie) onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  • Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or at room temperature, with each bite full of rich peanut butter and melty chocolate!

Notes

  • For a fun twist, try using crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
  • These cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for several days.
