Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the blackberries.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool before serving.
