Indulge in these decadent brownie bombs filled with cookie dough, mini chocolate chips, and M&M’s for the ultimate chocolate treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s
  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract and milk.
  • Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&M’s.
  • Scoop the cookie dough mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the dough balls for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased baking dish.
  • Drop the chilled cookie dough balls into the brownie batter, spreading them evenly.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the brownies once cooled.

Notes

Make sure to let the brownies cool completely before drizzling with melted chocolate for the best presentation.
