- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup M&M’s
- 1 cup brownie mix
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate (for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and milk.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&M’s.
- Scoop the cookie dough mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the dough balls for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Drop the chilled cookie dough balls into the brownie batter, spreading them evenly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the brownies once cooled.
