- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ⅛ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Prep:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cracker Mixture:
- In a shallow dish, mix crushed crackers with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- In separate dishes, place sour cream and cheese.
Coat Chicken:
- Dip each chicken breast half into sour cream, coating all sides.
- Then dip into the cheese, followed by the cracker mixture, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
Bake:
- Place the coated chicken into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Prepare Sauce:
- While the chicken is finishing cooking, place the sauce ingredients (cream of chicken soup, sour cream, butter, and milk) into a small pot.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until well combined.
Serve:
