Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Roast: Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
- Add Bacon and Cheese: Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled bacon and blue cheese over the top.
- Melt Cheese: Return the baking sheet to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
