Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  4. Add Bacon and Cheese: Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled bacon and blue cheese over the top.
  5. Melt Cheese: Return the baking sheet to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve: Serve hot as a delicious side dish and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of blue cheese and bacon according to your preference.
  • For an extra flavor kick, consider drizzling a little balsamic reduction over the top before serving.
