 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a baking dish, toss the sliced strawberries with honey to coat.
 - Roast the strawberries in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until they are softened and caramelized.
 - In a bowl, whip the ricotta cheese until smooth and creamy.
 - Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
 - Spread the whipped ricotta on the toasted bread slices.
