This delicious Roasted Strawberry Whipped Ricotta Toast features a creamy whipped ricotta spread on golden toasted bread, topped with sweet, caramelized strawberries. A simple yet elegant breakfast or snack that’s perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, toss the sliced strawberries with honey to coat.
  • Roast the strawberries in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until they are softened and caramelized.
  • In a bowl, whip the ricotta cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread the whipped ricotta on the toasted bread slices.
  • Top with the roasted strawberries and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
