Instructions
- Mix Dough: In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, warm water, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- First Rise: Place the dough back in the bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Add Flavors: Once the dough has risen, punch it down and knead in the chopped rosemary, grated Parmesan cheese, and salt.
- Shape Loaf: Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Second Rise: Let the dough rise again for 30 minutes, covered with a towel.
- Bake: Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
