- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1 can Rotel, drained
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the hot sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick, and Rotel until well combined.
- Shape the Balls: Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are browned and cooked through.
Notes
- These sausage balls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking. Just bake from frozen for an additional 5 minutes.
- Feel free to adjust the heat by using mild sausage or a different variety of Rotel.
