Description

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel. Mix well until fully combined.
