This Salami-Mozzarella Tortellini Pasta Salad is a flavorful and refreshing dish, perfect for picnics, parties, or a quick weeknight meal. It combines tender cheese tortellini with savory salami, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil, all tossed in a zesty Italian dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced salami
  • 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine tortellini, cherry tomatoes, black olives, salami, mozzarella cheese, and basil.
  • Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
