Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a roux.
  • Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook and stir until thickened.
  • Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
