Ingredients

  • 1 batch of brownies, baked and cubed
  • 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup sea salt flakes for garnish

Instructions

  • Bake your favorite brownie recipe and let it cool completely before cutting it into bite-sized cubes. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • In individual serving glasses or a large trifle bowl, layer brownie cubes at the bottom.
  • Drizzle a spoonful of melted dark chocolate and salted caramel over the brownies.
  • Add a layer of whipped cream on top, then repeat the layering process: brownies, melted chocolate, caramel, and whipped cream.
  • Once all layers are complete, garnish the top with additional dark chocolate drizzle and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes for an extra sweet-salty contrast.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
