- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of ground sausage onto each square.
- Top with a dollop of pepper jelly.
- Fold pastry over the sausage and jelly, sealing edges with beaten egg.
- Brush tops of rolls with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
