- 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the separated lettuce leaves, creating wraps.
