  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  • Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture into the separated lettuce leaves, creating wraps.
  • Top with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro for garnish.
  • Serve with Thai chili sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • If you prefer a milder version, reduce the amount of Sriracha sauce.
  • You can use other types of lettuce, but iceberg provides the best crunch and shape for wraps.
