  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape Meatloaf: Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish. Spread marinara sauce on top.
  • Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken loaf is fully cooked through.
  • Serve: Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides
