Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Add red pepper flakes if you like a bit of heat.
  • Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
