- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and bell peppers. Cook until peppers are slightly tender.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Add cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
