- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add sliced flank steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well to coat the steak and vegetables.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
