- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add sliced steak and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the steak and vegetables. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed rice.

- For extra flavor, consider adding ginger or sliced mushrooms to the stir-fry.
