Description

These tender, fall-off-the-bone slow-cooked beef ribs are smothered in a rich, tangy BBQ sauce, making them the ultimate comfort food. Perfect for a weekend dinner or a special occasion, they’re incredibly easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs beef ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season the beef ribs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Place the ribs in the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour the sauce over the ribs in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, remove the ribs from the slow cooker and brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer crispy edges, you can transfer the ribs to a baking sheet after cooking and broil them for 5-7 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  • For an extra flavor boost, marinate the ribs in the BBQ sauce mixture for a couple of hours before cooking.
  • Serve with classic sides like coleslaw, cornbread, or baked beans for a complete meal.
