This tender, flavorful beef brisket is slow-cooked to perfection in a tangy BBQ sauce, creating a melt-in-your-mouth dish that’s perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lb beef brisket
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the beef brisket in a slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over it, ensuring the brisket is well coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easy to shred.
  • Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  • Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the brisket in the BBQ sauce mixture overnight before cooking.
