- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese until melted.
- Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, milk, and sour cream. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.

- For extra heat, you can add some finely chopped jalapeños to the mixture.
