- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Place the chicken wings on the smoker rack in a single layer.
- Smoke the wings for 2-3 hours, or until they are fully cooked and crispy.
- Once done, remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
