Description

These smoky, flavorful chicken wings are coated in a blend of smoked paprika, garlic, and onion powder, then slow-cooked in a smoker to perfection. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, they’re the ultimate snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  • Place the chicken wings on the smoker rack in a single layer.
  • Smoke the wings for 2-3 hours, or until they are fully cooked and crispy.
  • Once done, remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
