These no-bake S’mores Cookie Dough Bars are a delightful treat combining the flavors of graham crackers, gooey marshmallows, and rich chocolate, all layered on a cookie dough base.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.
- Layer the cookie dough evenly on top, then sprinkle with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
For a toasted marshmallow flavor, you can briefly broil the bars after refrigerating. Just watch closely to prevent burning.
