Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In a separate large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, then stir in sour cream.
- Drop cookie dough by tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
