- 1 sourdough brioche dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions
- Roll out the brioche dough and spread the cream cheese and sugar mixture on top.
- Scatter blueberries over the dough and roll it up tightly.
- Slice and place in a greased baking dish.
- Brush with the egg and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
