Description

Indulge in these soft and fluffy sourdough brioche rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh blueberries. A delightful treat for breakfast or dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1 sourdough brioche dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions

  • Roll out the brioche dough and spread the cream cheese and sugar mixture on top.
  • Scatter blueberries over the dough and roll it up tightly.
  • Slice and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Brush with the egg and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For extra sweetness, drizzle with honey or glaze before serving.
