- 8 oz beef, thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and shrimp, cooking until browned and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if needed. Sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until tender.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Return the cooked noodles, beef, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together until heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to adjust the level of chili paste to suit your spice preference. You can also add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas for extra crunch!
