Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
  • Add sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss until well coated with the dressing.
