- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine corn kernels, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cilantro, jalapeno, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly golden brown.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a milder version, omit the jalapeno or use a milder pepper variety.
- You can also try using a blend of cheeses, like Monterey Jack or pepper jack, for extra flavor.
