- 2 cloves of garlic

Instructions
- Remove the stems from the chili peppers and chop them roughly.
- Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped chili peppers and minced garlic to the saucepan.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the white vinegar and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Store the spicy pepper sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
