This Spicy Pepper Sauce is a flavorful and fiery condiment that adds a kick to any dish. Made with fresh red chili peppers, garlic, and vinegar, this sauce is perfect for spicing up meats, vegetables, tacos, and more!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 fresh red chili peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar

Instructions

  • Remove the stems from the chili peppers and chop them roughly.
  • Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
  • In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped chili peppers and minced garlic to the saucepan.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, then cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the white vinegar and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
  • Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Store the spicy pepper sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
