Description

This spooky Spider Pizza is perfect for Halloween parties or just a fun family meal. With a cheesy, gooey crust topped with a spiderweb of black olives, a pepperoni spider, and colorful bell pepper legs, it’s a delicious and creative dish that will delight kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
  • Arrange the sliced black olives in a spiderweb pattern on top of the cheese.
  • Place 8 slices of pepperoni in the center of the web to form the body of the spider.
  • Use the chopped green and red bell peppers to create the spider’s legs, arranging them in 4 pairs extending from the pepperoni.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  • Slice and serve. Enjoy your spooky treat!

Notes

  • You can add more toppings like mushrooms or sausage if you prefer, but the spider design works best with the simple ingredients.
  • If you’re using homemade pizza dough, make sure it’s pre-baked for about 5 minutes before adding the toppings to prevent sogginess.
  • For a healthier version, try using a cauliflower or whole wheat pizza crust.
