Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
