Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Roll up the pastry and seal the edges.
