These Spinach and Feta Puff Pastry Rolls are a deliciously flaky treat filled with spinach, crumbled feta, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or light meal, these savory rolls are golden, crispy, and irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  • In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  • Roll up the pastry and seal the edges.
  • Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • If you prefer a milder flavor, you can substitute the feta cheese with ricotta cheese.
  • These rolls can also be served with a dipping sauce like marinara or tzatziki for extra flavor.
