- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz cooked noodles
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced flank steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet.
- Add the cooked noodles and teriyaki sauce, tossing everything together until heated through.
- Serve the teriyaki noodles topped with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Feel free to customize the vegetables based on what you have on hand. Broccoli or snap peas would also work great in this dish!
