Description

A delicious stir-fry featuring tender steak and juicy shrimp tossed with vibrant vegetables and flavorful noodles, all brought together with savory sauces. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions

Instructions

  • Cook the Noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Sauté Vegetables and Meat: In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, sliced bell peppers, and onions. Sauté until softened.
  • Cook the Steak and Shrimp: Add steak slices to the pan and cook until browned. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  • Add Sauces and Noodles: Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss in the cooked noodles, mixing well to combine everything.
  • Serve Hot: Serve the Steak & Shrimp Noodles hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables like snap peas or carrots for extra crunch and color.
