- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over chicken.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Serve chicken over cooked white rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
