- 10 slices white sandwich bread

Instructions
- Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, diced strawberries, and cinnamon.
- Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread.
- Roll up the bread and secure with a toothpick.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and sugar.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, then place in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, dust the roll-ups with powdered sugar before serving.
