- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
- Top with sliced bananas and strawberries.
- Cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the cheesecake to set.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, you can drizzle a little honey or caramel sauce over the top before serving.
- You can also add a layer of strawberry or banana puree on top for extra fruitiness.
