This no-bake cheesecake is a heavenly combination of creamy, rich cream cheese and smooth whipped cream, layered with sweet strawberries and bananas. With a graham cracker crust that adds the perfect crunch, this dessert is a refreshing and indulgent treat that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  • Top with sliced bananas and strawberries.
  • Cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the cheesecake to set.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, you can drizzle a little honey or caramel sauce over the top before serving.
  • You can also add a layer of strawberry or banana puree on top for extra fruitiness.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a smoother texture.
