- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each flour tortilla.
- Top with sliced strawberries and roll up the tortillas.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush each rolled tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Place the chimichangas on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can drizzle some chocolate or caramel sauce over the chimichangas before serving.
