- 8 slices of bread
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread onto 4 slices of bread. Top with strawberry slices and cover with the remaining bread slices.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture.
- In a skillet, melt butter and cook the French toast sandwiches until golden on both sides.
